陕西民办高校校企合作长效机制研究

A Study on the Long-term Mechanism of Cooperation between Colleges and Enterprises in Shaanxi Non-governmental Institutions of Higher Learning

陕西民办高校是我国民办教育的"硅谷",但由于西部经济发展与高校发展的脱钩,导致经济转型发展阶段,陕西民办高校的人才供给侧改革较为落后,校企合作呈现出分散化、短期化等特点,不利于民办高校的良性可持续发展。因此,依据教育生态理论,提出了陕西民办高校校企合作长效机制建立的生态定位和构建途径以及优化措施。

The private colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province are the Silicon Valley of private education in our country.However,due to the decoupling of the western economic development and the development of colleges and universities,the reform of the talents of Shaanxi private colleges and universities is relatively backward.The cooperation between schools and enterprises is diversified and short.But also puts forward the ecological orientation and construction ways and the optimization measures of the long-term mechanism of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in private colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province,which is not conducive to the benign and sustainable development of private colleges and universities according to the theory of educational ecology.
