音乐疗法在精神发育迟缓患儿精细运动发育中的疗效观察

Music Therapy in Observed in the Fine-motor Development of Children with Developmental Delay

目的:探讨音乐疗法对精神发育迟缓患儿精细运动发育的作用。方法:选取2015年5-11月来我院门诊治疗的精神发育迟缓患儿46例,按照数字随机法分为对照组及观察组,每组23例,对照组采用常规的作业治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加音乐疗法。两组均进行为期6个月的训练。分别于治疗前后采用精细运动评估量表(Fine motor function measure-61,FMFM-61项)和Peabody运动发育量表的精细发育商(FMQ),对两组患儿进行精细功能评定。结果:两组患儿训练后精细功能均有改善(P<0.05),并且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:音乐疗法结合作业治疗能够更显著促进精神发育迟缓患儿精细功能的发育。

Objective：To explore the effect of music therapy on the development of Fine Motor for children with Mental Retardation.Methods：46children with mental retardation from May 2015 to November 2015 were divided into control group（n=23）and observation group（n=23）according to the digital random method.The control group with only occupational therapy,and the observation group increased music therapy.Both groups were trained for a period of 6months.The Fine motor function measure（FMFM-61）and the Fine Motor Quotient（FMQ）of Peabody Motor Development Scale before and after treatment were used to evaluate the fine motor function of the two groups.Results：Compared with the group,the fine motor function of the two groups were improved（P〈0.05）,and the observation group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Musical therapy combined with occupational therapy can promote the development of the fine motor function of children with mental retardation.
