体外冲击波联合肌内效贴治疗跟腱炎疗效观察

Observe the Cinical Effect of Extracorporeal Shock Wave(ESW)Combined with Kinesio Taping in the Treatment of Achilles Tendinitis

目的:观察体外冲击波(ESW)联合肌内效贴治疗跟腱炎的临床疗效。方法:将51例跟腱炎患者随机分为观察组26例和对照组25例,分别给予ESW联合肌内效贴治疗、常规康复治疗。评估两组患者治疗前及治疗3周、6周后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、疼痛评分及患者1周内最长可持续行走时间。结果:治疗3周、6周后,两组患者VAS疼痛评分和最长可持续行走时间较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.05),观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ESW联合肌内效贴治疗跟腱炎的疗效明显优于常规康复治疗方法。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave（ESW）combined with kinesio taping in the treatment of achilles tendinitis.Methods：Achilles tendinitis patients（n=51）were randomly divided into the observation group（n=26）and the control group（n=25）.The observation group received extracorporeal shock wave（ESW）combined with kinesio taping,while the control group received conventional rehabilitation.The visual analogue scale（VAS）and maximum walking distance of 1week were assessed at pretreatment,3weeks after treatment and 6weeks after treatment.Results：VAS and maximum walking distance of one week were significantly improved after treatment in both groups（P〈0.05）,and the effect of the observation group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical efficacy of ESW combined with kinesio taping was significantly better than the conventional rehabilitation in Achilles tendinitis treatment.
