煤炭企业安检人员与生产人员沟通研究——基于角色理论视角

Research on communication between security personnel and production personnel in coal enterprises——based on role theory

为了强化安检人员与生产人员的沟通,引导员工安全行为,运用角色理论,对安检人员和生产人员的安全沟通过程进行了实证分析。研究表明:煤炭企业安检人员和生产人员对角色意义的认同是相同的、对生产人员角色认同存在差异,安检人员对生产人员的角色认知与其安全沟通方式有正相关关系。企业应该通过构建科学的员工评价体系,积极开展对年轻安检人员的培训来促进安检人员与生产人员的沟通。

In order to strengthen the communication between the security personnel and production personnel, and to guide the employees＇ safety behavior, by using the theory of role, an empirical analysis is conducted on the security communication process between the security personnel and production personnel. The results show that in coal enterprises, the identity of the security personnel and production personnel is the same, and there are differences in the role identity. There is a positive correlation between the role of the security personnel and the safety communication. There is a positive correlation relationship between production personnel＇s recognition and feedback action. Enterprises should establish a scientific staff evaluation system, and actively carry out the training of young security personnel to promote the communication between security personnel and production personnel.
