摘要
针对资助实务中的科学评定问题,运用模糊层次分析法就高校国家助学金的评定进行了研究,通过构造模糊一致矩阵,建立了一个基于模糊层次分析法的高校国家助学金评定模型,通过案例说明该模型在资助实务中的科学性与可操作性,对科学、有效、规范地评定各类助学金有实际指导意义。
Aiming at the problem of scientific assessment in financial-aid practice, in this article, the assessment of national grants of university is studied with the application of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. An assessment model of national grants of university based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is built by means of constructing fuzzy-uniform matrix. A case study is given to illustrate the scientificity and feasibility of the model in funding practices. It is of practical significance for the scientific, effective and standardized evaluation of various grants.
