Research on Undergraduate Education Quality Based on Internal Value-added Concept——Influencing Factors and Mechanism of Learning Achievements of Undergraduates

摘要 基于教育质量评价的内部增值观,通过结构方程模型的路径分析方法分析校园环境、个体特征、学生参与度及学生收获之间的关系和影响机制,结果表明,对学生学习收获最重要的影响因素依次是校园文化、课程构建、生师互动、制度与政策、教育经验丰富程度、基础设施;从学生参与活动来看,整合参与影响效应最大。因此,应重视校园文化建设及学校教育活动的有效性,构建高标准的学业要求。 Based on the internal value-added view of educational quality evaluation and by using the path analysis method of structure equation model, a study is made of the campus environment, personal characteristics, the relation between students' engagement and achievements and influencing mechanism. The results show that according to influencing degree, the order of the factors influencing students' learning achievements is campus culture, curriculum construction, interaction between teacher and student, system and policy, educational experience and infrastructure; and in terms of students' participation in activities, the most important influencing factor is integrated participation. Therefore, importance should be attached to cultural construction on campus, effectiveness of educational activities and setting up high standards of academic requirements.
