来华塔吉克斯坦留学生跨文化适应问题研究

A Study of Cross-cultural Adaptation of Tajikistan Overseas Students in China

本文从来我国新疆的塔吉克斯坦留学生的心理适应和社会文化适应入手,研究其文化适应力问题。来疆塔吉克斯坦留学生跨文化适应方面的问题主要表现在身心健康不适应和文化生活不适应两个方面,在不同性别、不同留学类型、不同婚姻状况下,留学生的跨文化不适应还表现出显著差异。本文针对现状提出增强塔吉克斯坦留学生跨文化适应能力的相关举措,为在华留学生提高跨文化适应能力提供启示。

This paper makes a study of cross-cultural adaptation of Tajikistan overseas students including psychological, social and cultural adaptation. Their problems are mental, physical and cultural life inadaptation. In regard of gender, types of overseas study and marital status, there are significant differences in their cross-cultural adaptation. This paper then puts forward some measures to enhance their cross-cultural adaptation which can provide practical enlightenment for overseas students in China.
