摘要
"十三五"时期,无论从国内外宏观经济环境还是从浙江企业转型升级的微观需求来看,浙江企业对外直接投资必定迎来新一轮的增长。文章结合2012—2016年浙江对外直接投资数据,揭示浙江对外直接投资规模激增、区域多元、行业结构改善、投资方式多样以及集群投资等特征,同时从要素制约、风险防范和国内服务支撑三个角度探讨浙江对外投资存在的问题,并在此基础上提出促进浙江对外直接投资健康发展的对策。
During the 13th five-year period, whether from the international and domestic macroeconomic environment, or the mi- cro demand of Zhejiang enterprises＇ transformation and upgrading, Zhejiang＇s OFDI will have a new rapid growth. Based on the data from 2012 to 2016, the paper reveals the characteristics of Zhejiang＇s OFDI including the skyrocket growth of investment, the multiple investment destinations, the improvement of investment industries, the diversification of investment ways and cluster in- vestment. The paper also analyzes the problems from the limit of production factors, the precaution of risks and the domestic serv- ice support system. Finally, some recommendations are provided to ensure the healthy development of Zhejiang＇s OFDI.
