供给侧结构性改革下民办高校创新创业教育的推进路径

Study on the Perspective of Promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education under Supply-side Structural Reform

供给侧结构性改革的实行,为民办高校的生存与发展注入了新的活力。民办高校要在竞争激烈的高等教育体系中站稳脚跟、谋求发展,开展创新创业教育的实践活动不失为一个上佳选择。但在供给侧结构性改革的进程中,民办高校开展创新创业教育面临着诸多现实困境,通过认清民办高校与供给侧结构性改革的内在逻辑关系,借鉴国内外创新创业教育的经验,提出民办高校创新创业教育的具体路径:完善顶层设计保障创新创业、采取多种举措促进创新创业、激活社会力量驱动创新创业和创建校际联盟提升创新创业。

The implementation of supply-side structural reform has injected new vitality into the survival and development of non- governmental institutions of higher learning. For them to gain a firm foothold in the highly competitive higher education system and seek development, it is a good choice to carry out the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education. However, in the process of supply-side structural reform, non-governmental institutions of higher learning face many practical difficulties. By rec- ognizing the inherent logical relationship between the reform of non-governmental institutions of higher learning and the supply- side structural reform, drawing on the experience of innovation and entrepreneurship education at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the specific paths of innovation and entrepreneurship education in non-governmental institutions of higher learning. Such paths include improving the top design to ensure innovation and entrepreneurship, taking a variety of initiatives to promote innovation and entrepreneurship, activating social forces to drive innovation and entrepreneurship and the creation of inter-univer- sity alliance to enhance innovation and entrepreneurship.
