国内发现首例非亚裔人种感染新布尼亚病毒临床分析

Clinical analysis of the first non-Asian race case infected new bunyavirus in China

摘要 2009年3月起,我国先后在湖北、河南及浙江等多省发现蜱虫叮咬致发热伴血小板减少的患者.此类患者严重者会发生多脏器功能衰竭、弥漫性血管内凝血,甚至死亡.2010年5月中国疾病预防控制中心从这些患者血液中分离得到了一种新的RNA病毒,命名为发热伴血小板减少综合征布尼亚病毒,简称新型布尼亚病毒.目前国际上普遍认为新布尼亚病毒感染与蜱虫叮咬相关,地理分布主要在中国、韩国和日本,基本以东亚地区为主,均为亚裔人种.日本在2005年发现2例发热伴血小板减少患者,后血清中分离到新布尼亚病毒,为世界最先发现的发热伴血小板减少综合征患者.目前国内发现新布尼亚病毒感染均为亚裔人种,未发现其他人种感染的报道.浙江省义乌市中心医院于2016年10月收治了国内首例外籍非黄种人感染新布尼亚病毒患者,现报道如下.
