摘要 以非挥发性物质总迁移量检测方法为理论依据,针对烟用接装纸原纸进行实验研究。通过对试样形状与尺寸、支撑架挂样方法、蒸发残余量、加热板温度、烘干方法等参数的细化实验研究,在保证测定结果稳定性和准确性前提下,确定了最佳的实验方案。该方法缩短了检测时间,提升了检测效率。 Based on the detection method of total migration of non-volatile substances, a research on tipping base paper for cigarette were carried out. Through the study of the parameters of the shape and size of the sample, the method of support frame, evaporation residue, heating plate temperature and drying method, etc., were studied in detail, thus the optimal experimental scheme was determined, which shortened the testing time and improved the detection efficiency, providing a reference for the production monitoring of cigarette paper enterprises.
