摘要
描述了基于运行状态和寿命的设备全寿期评价分析方法,该方法通过结合了环境信息、运行信息、同类设备缺陷信息、在线监测等多类数据,以及通过融合了寿命评价、影响因素评价、专家评价、故障模式诊断评价四个设备状态评价模型。针对不同的设备状态评价结果,为设备制定一系列的切合设备健康状况的设备运行维护策略提供支撑,制定更全面合理的运行维护策略,提高设备诊断水平,实现减小电网设备安全隐患、降低经济开支的目标。
This paper describes the analysis method of the operation state and the life of equipment lifecycle evaluation based on the method by combining the environmental information, operation information, defect information and similar equipment on -line monitoring and other types of data, and through the integration of life evaluation and influencing factors of evaluation, expert evaluation, fault diagnosis model evaluation four state model. According to different equipment condition evaluation resuhs, support the equipment operation strategy formulated to meet the health status of a series of equipment for equipment maintenance, to develop more comprehensive and reasonable operation and maintenance strategy of equipment to improve the diagnosis level, educe the power grid equipment safety hidden trouble, reduce economic costs target.
