摘要
经分析启动过程中的数据,得出机组振动大的原因为参数选择不合理,中、低压缸膨胀不良进而引起汽轮机组动静碰摩,引发机组振动。后经过调整冷态启动暖机参数后,机组启动正常。
By analyzing the data in the start-up process, it is concluded that the reason for the large vibration of the unit is that the parameter selection is not reasonable, and the expansion of themedium and low pressure cylinder is bad, which results in the static and dynamic rubbing of the turbine and the vibration of the generator set. After adjusting the cold start warm - up parameters, the unit staffed normal.
