基于南疆少数民族教师心理特点的双语培训模式探索

摘要 双语教师培训是培养南疆少数民族地区双语教师的一个重要举措。为了使这种培训发挥更大的教育效应和社会效应,培训机构和培训者要转变观念,创新培训思路,从南疆少数民族教师认知和心理特点入手,激发参训教师学习热情,开展有针对性的课堂教学改革,强化教学实践性环节,以教导学,以用促学,学用结合,实现教、学、做合一。这种双语教师培训模式,立足参训教师的心理实际,坚持实践导向,不仅有利于提高参训教师的汉语交际水平,也有利于提升他们的汉语授课能力。 Bilingual teacher training is an important measure to train bilingual teachers in southern Xinjiang ethnic areas. In order to produce more and better educational and social results, training institutions and trainers should change their ideas as well as innovate the concepts. One suggestion is to stimulate the southern Xinjiang ethnic teachers' learning enthusiasm by understanding their cognition and psychological characteristics. Then we should try to carry out more classroom teaching reforms and strengthen teaching practice training. What's more, we can guide learning by teaching and combine learning with application. This type of bilingual teacher training is a practice-oriented pattern based on teachers' actual mental activities and it can improve the southern Xinjiang ethnic teachers' Chinese communication skills and Chinese teaching abilities.
