公安学专业发展机制的探讨

Discussion on Promoting the Development Mechanism of Public Security in Colleges of Political Science and Law

在国家宏观政策的调整下,公安院校公安学专业毕业生的入警比例于2015年得到明显提升。相比之下,政法院校公安学专业的招生与就业受到冲击,部分政法院校公安学专业就业率显著下滑。政法院校作为发展公安学专业教育的传统及优势力量之一,具有鲜明的特色,但在学生的供求关系失衡的情况下应及时做出调整。通过分析政法院校公安教育专业的人才培养特色,比较与公安院校公安学专业在就业率等方面存在的差异,分析出发展困境的原因,整合出促进政法院校公安学专业发展的合理机制。

Under the adjustment of the national macro policy,the proportion of police officers in public security colleges has been improved significantly in 2015. In contrast,the enrollment and employment of the public security graduates in colleges of political science and law were affected,and the employment rate decreased notably in some schools. As one of the traditional and advantageous power of developing the public security education,colleges of political science and law have distinctive features,but they should make timely adjustments in the case of unbalanced supply and demand of the graduates. By analyzing the characteristics of public security education in colleges of political science and law,compared with the public security institutions of public security major in the employment rate and other weaknesses,the present study analyzes the reasons of development dilemma and integrates the reasonable mechanism to promote the development of public security in colleges of political science and law.
