摘要 为了研究高校学困生学业成绩提升的策略——提出朋辈学业帮扶体系。使用自编《学困生调查问卷》和《学优生调查问卷》各31题,调查专业后五和专业前五各200学生,了解他们的学习态度、学习动机、学习基础、学习诉求等。结果表明:学困生成绩差的原因和他们的诉求首选的5个方面为:学习方面没有恒心和毅力;想在学业方面得到别人的帮助;有考研打算;学习方法不当;不愿下功夫学习。学优生是相信自己能够学好;上网有节制;能调整好自身状况投入学习;从不逃课;自律能力强。得出结论:基于学困生的非智力因素和学习基础差及学优生的2项均强,从建立学困生信息档案、确定学优生并培训及效果评估三方面构建朋辈帮扶体系实施一对一或多对一的辅导,从而有效提升学困生的学业成绩。 Objective:A study on the strategies to improve the achievement of students with learning difficulties in collegesproposing peer-learning-help system. Method:Using self-made questionnaire with 31 items for students with learning difficulties and learning-gifted students,an investigation on 200 students were made,who are either the professional top five or bottom five,in order to understand their learning attitude,motivation,base,and appeal and so on. Result:Five preferred items of the reason for poor students are no perseverance in learning,wanting to get someone help in learning,going to become a graduate student,inappropriate learning methods and not study hard;while learning-gifted students are confident in study,controlling consciously the online time,adjusting their own situation to the study,never skipping classes,and having strong sense of self-discipline. Conclusion:Based on the poor students' non-intellectual factors and learning base and learning-gifted students,the peer help system was built so as to implement one to one or many to one guidance,and thereby effectively improve the academic performance of students with learning difficulties.
