摘要 蒸汽拖把的发明改善了传统拖把功能单一、清洁力度差、拖地过程消耗体力较大的缺陷,但是现有蒸汽拖把的设计更多是以年轻人为标准的。基于人因工程的理论与方法,充分考虑我国老年人在生理、心理、生活习惯等方面的特点,结合手推车的人机测量数据,对既有蒸汽拖布的把手以及拖把头进行合理优化,进一步在拖把的底部加上2个单向转轮,提出了双手均衡用力的推动拖地方式。受超市手推车的启发,拖把整体设计模仿手推车造型,利用Solidworks软件建立了装置的简单三维模型。优化后的蒸汽拖把稳定性更好,老年人使用起来更加方便简洁、安全舒适,体现了人机系统的结合,通过对电功率以及热转化率的分析表明,优化后的蒸汽拖把工作效率也有所提升。 The steam mop improves the defects of traditional steam such as single function,poor cleanness,energy-consuming,but the design of the steam mop takes more standard for young people into account,which makes inconvenience to the old. Based on the theory and method of human factors engineering and the human measurement data of the cart,taking the characteristics in physiology,psychology,habits and other aspects of the old into account,the handle of the steam mop and the mop head were optimized,and two wheels was put in the bottom of the mop. Besides,the way of pushing the floor with both hands was put forward,which achieves equilibrium force. The result shows that the model has the advantages of convenient operation,high safety and high efficiency,and achieves the combination of the man-machine system. A simple three-dimensional model of the device is established by Solidworks software and the result shows that the efficiency of the optimized steam mop is also improved by the analysis of the electric power and the thermal conversion rate.
