摘要
通过分析美国加州大学伯克利分校的"知识产权与技术法"和德国慕尼黑"知识产权法研究中心"的课程设置,概括出美国和德国高校知识产权专业硕士培养的特色和经验:注重与创新创业相结合、实务培训力度大、相关课程体系完备深入、注重全球化和服务于地方产业等。针对国外知识产权专业硕士培养的特色和经验,提出完善我国高校知识产权专业硕士培养的对策建议。
This article analyzed the curriculum of IP and Technology Law offered by Berkeley of California University,and the curriculum provided by Munich Intellectual Property Law Center（MIPLC）. Through the analysis,this article summarized the features and experience of LL. M. programs in the U. S. and Germany：focus on the combination of innovation and entrepreneurship,intensive practice courses,a systematic and structured curriculum,and serving for both globalization and local industries. Finally,this article advocated a proposal for China with regard to improving its master＇s cultivation in IP area.
