Exploration of Educational Affairs Archives Management of Colleges Under the New Engineering Situation

随着新工科概念的提出,高校教育改革的要求也将越高,高校二级管理的要求也将更加深入,二级学院的教务档案管理也将朝着服务于新工科的方向迈进。文中对新工科形势下二级学院教学教务档案的重要性、特点以及二级学院教务档案管理中存在的问题进行分析;对二级学院教学档案的内容选取提出观点,并提出了二级教务档案的管理流程。希望文中在新工科环境下对从事二级学院教务档案管理人员有所参考。

With the development of the new engineering concept,the higher the requirements of the reform of higher education,the higher the requirements of the college management,and the management of the academic affairs of the college will also move towards the service of the new engineering. This paper analyzed the importance and characteristics of the educational archives of the college in the new engineering situation,and the problems in the management of the educational archives in colleges. Some suggestions concerning the content of the teaching files and the educational archives in colleges as well as the management process are put forth,aiming to provide some reference to the academic records management in colleges.
