摘要
本文研究了盘式磁流变传动装置中磁流变液剪切屈服强度与传递力矩之间的理论关系,并结合磁流变传动基本理论和磁流变传动装置的结构设计理论,设计了一种磁流变软启动装置.并搭建了装置测试实验台,实验测定其通电后磁流变液工作环形区域磁场强度,并得到磁流变软启动装置传动转矩与励磁线圈电流的关系.结果表明,设计的磁流变液软启动装置不仅响应速度快、控制方便、结构简单,而且满足软启动、过载保护和调速等要求.
This paper studies the theoretical relation between the yield strength of magnetorheological fluid and its moment transmission in disk type magnetorheological transmission mechanism. Based on the basic theory of magnetorheological transmission and the basic structure of magnetorheological transmission mechanism, a magnetorheological soft starter is proposed and designed. After building experiment platform, the intensity of magnetic field is tested in the working region, and the relationship between driving torque and coil current is obtained. The results indicated that magnetorheological soft starter has many advantages such as fast response, convenient to control and simple structure, and it can meet the requirements of solf start, overload protection and speed regulation.
