枣庄市中区社区体育开展现状调查与对策分析

Investigation and Countermeasures Analysis of Community Sports in Zaozhuang

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法对枣庄市中区社区体育开展现状进行调查研究.认为:枣庄市市中区社区体育管理人员严重匮乏;健身路径闲置利用率不高,闲置严重;活动普遍存在老龄化严重;新兴体育健身项目火爆,传统体育项目冷淡;学校体育设施对外开放不力,政府扶持不到位;社区体育竞赛项目开展较多,但适用性不强.建议:科学规划社区体育场地布局,满足广泛的群体活动;大力宣传全民健身政策,提升全民参与健身的意识;开展多样化的社区体育活动,定期开展体育竞赛;规范培养基层体育社会指导员,提高社会福利待遇;加强政府扶持力度,加大专项经费投入,落实经费到账情况,加强经费使用的绩效考核;加大学校体育设施对外开放,政府应积极引导学校开放,提高学校领导的思想认识.

This paper investigates the present situation of community sports in Zaozhuang area by means of document data and questionnaire survey. There is a severe shortage of community sports executives in zaozhuang city district. The fitness path is idle and unused ; The prevalence of aging is widespread ; The traditional sports are cold ; The facilities of school sports are open, and government support is not in place. The community sports competition program is more developed, but the applicability is not strong. Suggestions： 1. The scientific planning community sports site layout, meeting the broad group activities; 2. We will energetically promote the national fitness policy and raise the awareness of participating in the exercise. 3. Engage in diverse community sports activities and regularly conduct sports competitions; 4. Standardize the training of grassroots sports instructors and improve social welfare benefits. 5. To strengthen government support, increase the special funds investment, the implementation of the funds to the account, strengthen the spending of performance appraisal. 6. Strengthen the school sports facilities open to the public, the government should actively guide the school open, improve the ideological understanding school leaders.
