摘要
壳聚糖因具有止血、良好的生物相容性和生物降解性、诱导细胞增殖和组织修复以及抗菌等生物活性而被广泛用于创面治疗。虽然壳聚糖具有作为生物敷料的优势,但机械强度低,抗菌效果不稳定,促创面愈合时间长等缺陷限制了它的临床应用。壳聚糖复合创面敷料通过在壳聚糖基质上负载或交联其他材料或药物,可提高敷料的机械强度,加速细胞增殖和伤口愈合,增强抗菌活性。文章针对近几年的壳聚糖及其衍生物的复合型创面敷料表现的优势特性开展了综述,并对其进一步研究方向也进行了展望。
Chitosan is widely applied in wound healing owing to its multiple bioactivities such as hemostasis,biocompatibility and biodegradation,cell proliferation and tissue repair as well as antibacterial activity. However,because of inadequate mechanical strength,unstable antibacterial activity,together with long therapeutic course and other defects,the clinical application of chitosan based wound dressing was limited. Chitosan composite wound dressings,prepared by crosslinking or loading other chemical or material on chitosan matrix,has been recently investigated so as to enhance mechanical strength and antibacterial activity,along with accelerating cell proliferation and tissue repair. The superior characteristics of novel chitosan and its derivative composite wound dressing were reviewed,and further research direction was proposed also.
