巷道内不同形状障碍物对瓦斯爆炸传播影响的数值模拟研究 被引量:4

摘要 矿井下巷道由于开采需要布置了掘进、开采和运输设备等障碍物,文章基于FLACS软件对井下巷道无障碍物、球形障碍物、圆柱形障碍物、方形障碍物等四种常见的障碍物分布情况进行数值模拟,研究不同形状障碍物对瓦斯爆炸传播影响的规律。通过研究发现障碍物能对矿井下瓦斯爆炸传播起到一定的激励作用,不同形状的障碍物激励效应不同,通过爆炸压力峰值影响程度、火焰阵面拉伸程度、火焰传播速度三个表征参数对四种形状障碍物产生的不同激励效应进行描述,正方形障碍物对爆炸压力峰值影响最大,圆柱形障碍物对火焰阵面拉伸程度影响最为严重,在火焰绕过障碍物后传播速度上升最快的是球形障碍物。不同形状障碍物产生的不同激励效应有关结论的提出对降低井下瓦斯爆炸严重程度具有重要意义。 Due to the need of mining,the excavation,mining and transportation equipment are arranged in the mine roadway. The article is based on the FLACS software to numerically simulate four common obstacle distributions in the underground tunnel such as without obstacle,spherical obstacle,cylindrical obstacle and square obstacle,to study the influence of different shapes on the occurrence of gas explosion. It is found that the obstacle can play a certain role in the propagation of the gas explosion under the mine. The different effect of the obstacle is different,the paper uses the following three parameters: influence of the peak value of explosion pressure,the degree of flame front,the flame propagation velocity to study the effects of the four kinds of shapes obstructions on the mine roadway. The square obstacle has the greatest influence on the peak pressure of the explosion. The cylindrical obstacle has the most serious effect on the flame front,and the highest propagation speed increases after the flame bypasses is the spherical obstacle. The different excitation effects of different shape obstructions are of great significance to reduce the severity of underground gas explosion.
