安全文化是事故预防的最佳“防火墙”

统计表明,酿成事故的主要原因是人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态、环境不良以及管理错误,其中人的不安全行为是事故的主要原因。文章基于安全文化与事故之间的关系,提出发生事故的主要原因是由于文化的缺失,进一步探讨安全文化的"漏洞",认为只有认真践行安全文化,一切风险皆可控制,一切事故皆可预防。安全文化的核心是预防为主,因为它引导正确的安全理念,警示教育使人警钟长鸣,排查隐患实现防微杜渐,使危险岗位大大降低风险,有效地防止因人的安全意识与技能不足而引发的各类事故;安全文化能够营造浓厚的安全氛围与环境,提高全员安全素质,因此,安全文化就是预防事故的治本之举,是阻断事故的最佳"防火墙"。
