On the Layered Reasons, Legal Regulations and Rights Protection Concerning Campus Bullying

校园暴力的法益侵害性、故意性、普遍性、传染性、近因性、网络化等特征决定其必然是一个全球性共同难题。校园暴力现象是政治、经济、文化、法治、法律认知、个人、家庭、学校、社会等一系列因素综合作用的结果。在上述影响因素归因分析的基础上,提出相应的法治化路径是对校园暴力进行风险规制,以期实现权利保障。

Campus bullying is necessarily a common problem faced globally, considering its aggressive, intended, universal, infective and network-facilitated characteristics. Campus bullying is the consequence of comprehensive interaction of politics, economics, culture, rule of law, awareness of law, individuals, households, schools and the society. Based on an analysis of the factors above, corresponding legislation approach could serve as a risk rezulation so that rights can he protected.
