摘要
目的观察人参超微粉对大鼠实验性低血压模型的升压作用。方法 40只Wistar大鼠随机选取10只作为正常组,其余30只灌胃(ig)复方利血平混悬液(10m L/kg每日2次)制备低血压模型,连续7周,将收缩压≤80mm Hg的大鼠选入实验。24只造模成功大鼠结合血压、体重随机分为3组:模型组、人参超微粉0.5、1.0g/kg组,每组8只。模型组大鼠ig 0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠10m L/kg,人参超微粉组分别ig相应药物,每日1次,连续4周。采用尾套法于造模前、造模过程中及给药后每周测量大鼠血压1次,观察人参超微粉对大鼠实验性低血压的升压作用。结果与正常组比较,模型组大鼠于造模第5~7周可见SBP、DBP及MAP均明显下降(P<0.01或P<0.001)。与模型组比较,人参超微粉0.5g/kg于给药第3~4周可见SBP、DBP及MAP均明显升高,人参超微粉1.0g/kg于给药第2~4周可见SBP、DBP及MAP均明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论人参超微粉对大鼠实验性低血压模型具有升压作用。
Objective : To observe the effect of Panax ginseng superfine powder on the hypotensive effect of experimental hypotension in rats, Methods : 40 Wistar rats were randomly selected 10 rats as normal group, the remaining 30 intragastric administration (ig) treated with compound reserpine suspension ( 10mL/kg twice one daily)preparation of hypotension model, blood pressure is measured once a week, and the systolic blood pressure ≤80mmHg rats in follow-up experiment. Combined with blood pressure and weight, 24 rats which successfully modeled were divided into 3 groups: model group, panax ginseng superfine powder 0.5 and 1.Og/kg group (n = 8). Model group rats were given 0.5% CMC-Nal0ml./kg, experimental groups were ig each group of corresponding drugs once a day, continuous administration for 4 weeks. The tail cuff method was used to measure the blood pressure of rats once a week before, during, and after modeling, and the effect of ginseng superfine powder on hypertension induced by experimental hypotension in rats was observed. Results : Compared with the normal group, the SBP, DBP and MAP in the model group decreased significantly (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.001) at the 5-7 week after the establishment of the model group. Compared with the model group, 0.5g/kg group was administered for third weeks SBP, DBP and MAP were increased significantly in the Panax ginseng superfine powder (P 〈 O.05-P 〈 0.001); group 1.Og/kg was administered for second weeks SBP, DBP and MAP were increased significantly in the Panax ginseng superfine powder (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈0.01). Conclusion : Panax ginseng superfine powder can increase the blood pressure of experimental hypotension rats.
