摘要
探讨补强体系和硫化剂(硫黄)对输送带覆盖胶滞后损失的影响。结果表明,在输送带覆盖胶配方优化中,在选取高定伸应力胶料配方基础上,采用粒径较大的炭黑、减小炭黑用量、用适量的白炭黑代替部分炭黑、适当增大硫黄用量,可获得低滞后损失的胶料配方。
The effect of reinforcing system and vulcanizing agent (sulfur) on the hysteresis loss of the cover rubber compound of conveyor belt was discussed. The optimized formulation was based on high tensile modulus compound. In order to reduce the hysteresis loss of the compound, the carbon black with large particle size was preferred, addition level of carbon black was reduced, part of carbon black was replaced by silica and sulfur amount was increased.
