摘要 介绍27×10-12 14PR SK-400工业车辆轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径668 mm,断面宽度243 mm,行驶面宽度223 mm,行驶面弧度高6 mm,胎圈着合直径301 mm,胎圈着合宽度203 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)0.844,花纹型号SK-400,花纹深度18 mm,花块饱和度48.8%,花纹周节数19。施工设计:胎面采用一方一块结构,缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布,胎体采用6层高强度1670dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布,钢丝圈采用直径为1.0 mm的回火胎圈钢丝,轮胎采用半芯轮式成型机头(机头直径为400 mm)成型、胶囊硫化机硫化。成品轮胎外缘尺寸及物理性能均满足设计及企业标准要求。 The design of 27 ×10- 12 14PR SK-400 Industrial vehicle tire was described. In the structure design, overall diameter was 668 ram, cross-sectional width was 243 mm, width of running surface was 223mm, arc height of running surface was 6 mm, bead diameter at rim seat was 301 ram, bead width at rim seat was 203 mm, maximum width position of cross-section (H1/H2) was 0. 844, using SK-400 tread pattern, pattern depth was 18 mm, block/total ratio was 48.8%, and number of pattern pitches was 19. In the construction design, the following processes were taken: one-formula and one-piece tread, 2 layers of 930dtex/2 dipped nylon 6 cord for breaker ply, 6 layers of high strength 1670dtex/2 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass ply, using Φ1.0 mm tempered steel for bead wire, using semi-core building machine with Φ400 mm molding nose to build tire, and using bladder curing press to cure tire. The inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties of the finished tire met the requirements of design and relative standards.
