中国高技术产业R&D的外资依存度测算与比较研究

Measurement and Comparison of Foreign Capital Dependence of R&D in China's High-tech Industry

采用外资企业R&D人员折合全时当量、外资企业R&D经费支出、外资企业新产品销售收入、外资企业有效发明专利等4类指标,分别从行业视角和区域视角,对中国高技术产业的R&D外资依存度进行测算与比较研究,并提出相应的发展对策。

Since 1990s, the number of muhinational companies setting up R＆D institutions in China has increased year by year. These R＆D institutions have become an important force in R＆D activities of high-tech enterprises in our country, played a more and more important role in some industries, and even occupied the leading position in some areas. The author selects four types of indicators including the equivalent of R＆D personnel of foreign-funded enterprises, the R＆D expenditure of foreign-funded enterprises, the sales revenue of new products of foreign-funded enterprises, and the effective invention patents of foreign-funded enterprises to measure and compare foreign capital dependence of R＆D. The paper calculates and compares the foreign investment dependence of R＆D in China＇s high-tech industry from the perspective of industry and regional perspective, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
