摘要
中国铁塔成立后,铁塔租赁商务定价方案需要高效推进落地实施。在对现行基础资源定价理论进行对比分析的基础上,借鉴国内外铁塔公司商务定价方式,提出中国铁塔产品分类方法,确定商务定价方案,建立商务定价模型并进行验证分析和效益对比,得出结论:铁塔公司成立之初,适宜以成本加成法进行商务定价,通过共建共享,优化资源配置,提升行业效益。
After the establishment of China Tower, the business pricing of tower leasing needs effective promotion to be concretely implemented. On the basis of comparative analysis on the current pricing theory about fundamental resources, the product classification method for China Tower was proposed according to the business pricing methods of the tower companies at home and abroad to determine the business pricing method, build the business pricing model, verify the analysis and compare the benefit. It was concluded that at the beginning of the establishment of China Tower, the cost-plus pricing method is suitable for the business pricing, and then the industrial benefit can be enhanced by co-construction and sharing and the optimized resource configuration.
