摘要
我国正在大规模推进铁路物流中心建设,为科学评估铁路物流中心设计方案,避免无法满足运营需求等现象的发生,在阐述铁路物流中心设计方案仿真评估技术流程的基础上,从仿真基础资料、仿真关键参数2个方面构建仿真模型,并提出铁路物流中心方案评价标准,设计物流服务能力和道路服务水平2个方面评价指标,对铁路物流中心设计方案进行评价及优化。最后以新筑铁路物流中心集装箱功能区为例,进行仿真评估,提出具体优化建议。
China Railway is promoting a large-scale construction of railway logistics center, in order to scientifically evaluate the design program of the Center and avoid failure to meet operational needs, on the basis of expounding the simulation and evaluation technical process of the design program, a simulation model is established from 2 aspects, including simulation basic materials and simulation key parameters. This paper puts forward the evaluation standard of railway logistics center plan, makes design on evaluation standard from 2 aspects of logistics service capacity and road service level, and makes evaluation and optimization on the design program of the Center. In the end, taking the container function zone of Xinzhu railway logistics center as an example, the paper makes simulation and evaluation on it, and puts forward specific optimization suggestions.
