冷链物流低碳化管理对策分析

Analysis on the Countermeasures for Low-carbon Management of Cold Chain Logistics

全球性气候变暖已成为世界性环境问题,冷链物流作为温室气体的主要排放源之一,其低碳化管理刻不容缓。通过阐述冷链物流低碳化管理现状,分析冷链仓储、运输、包装低碳化管理存在的问题。在此基础上,提出冷链物流低碳化管理相应的对策,即在仓储方面,做好冷库布置和日常管理、冷库的制冷系统和照明系统管理;在运输方面,发展联合运输、创新制冷技术、优化装卸搬运作业、做好运输工具的日常维护管理;在包装方面,优化包装设计、实行包装标准化、建立循环利用体系,为相关部门及企业制定冷链物流低碳化管理政策及措施提供参考。

As global warming has become a worldwide environmental challenge, the low-carbon management of cold chain logistics industry demands immediate attention, since it is one of the major sources for greenhouse gas emission. Based on the elaboration to the current situation of low-carbon management of cold chain logistics, this paper analyzes the existing problems in cold chain storage, transportation and packaging. Then the countermeasures for low-carbon management of cold chain logistics are proposed accordingly. In terms of storage, the cold warehouse arrangement and daily management, refrigeration system and lighting system management shall be improved. In terms of transportation, combined transportation, refrigeration technology, handling operations, daily transport tools maintenance shall be developed and optimized. In terms of packaging, its design shall be optimized and standardized and the recycling system shall be established. The results can serve as a reference to the authority and industry while making policies or finding solutions to low-carbon management of cold chain logistics.
