摘要
铁路货运组织改革后,铁路货运逐步向物流化发展,货物运价由原来的政府定价调整为政府指导价,铁路货运价格成为铁路企业与市场沟通的重要手段。从铁路货运市场竞争形势入手,分析铁路货运物流发展前景,即以发展大宗物流为主,大力挖掘零散货物物流潜力。针对目前铁路大宗货物和零散货物运价政策执行现状,研究提出铁路货运价格对策,即形成铁路与其他运输方式合理比价关系,实施分类价格管理。
After the reform of railway freight transport organization, railway freight transportation is gradually developing into logistics, freight price is adjusted from original government price to government guidance price, and railway freight price becomes an important approach for railway enterprise to communicate with market. Starting with competition situation of railway freight transportation market, this paper analyzes the development prospect of railway freight logistics, which means focusing on bulk logistics development and greatly tapping potential of scattered goods logistics. Targeting policy implementation status of railway bulk goods and scattered goods price, the paper puts forward countermeasures for railway freight price, such as forming the reasonable price relations between railway and other transport mode and implementing classified price management.
