摘要
掌握公路货运价格水平和变动趋势是铁路运输企业开展货运价格策略的一项重要内容。在阐述公路货运价格监测历程和现状的基础上,重点从监测目的、监测范围、监测内容、信息来源、信息处理方式、信息公开6个方面对价格监测进行比较分析,提出铁路部门应充分利用既有价格监测成果实施铁路运价水平浮动调整、建立信息交换共享机制、优化铁路货运价格调整策略,以提高铁路运输企业应对市场的能力。
It is an important content of developing freight price strategy for railway transportation enterprises to master the price level and change the trend of highway freight transportation. On the basis of expounding the highway freight price monitoring history and status, this paper makes comparative analyses on the price monitoring mainly from 6 aspects, including monitoring task, monitoring scope, monitoring content, information resource, information processing ways and information publication. The paper also proposes that railway departments should fully use existing monitoring results to implement horizontal float adjustment for railway freight price, establish information exchange, sharing mechanism and the strategies of railway freight price optimization and adjustment, so as to increase marketing capability of railway transport enterprise.
