基于仿真的动车组通信板寿命评估技术

摘要 为了提高电子产品的可靠性以及节约电子产品寿命评估的费用,缩短寿命评估的周期,提出通过寿命仿真技术对电子产品进行寿命评估。以动车组通信板(TRC)为研究对象,首先分析了通信板(TRC)的原理、性能参数及应力,提出了通过SolidWorks、Flotherm、Calce PWA软件建模和应力分析进行通信板的寿命仿真的流程方法 ,然后对通信板(TRC)的可靠性进行评估。与此同时通过通信板(TRC)的加速寿命试验,对寿命仿真的评估进行验证,实物寿命试验评估值与仿真寿命值比较接近,为电子产品的寿命预测技术研究提供新思路。 To improve the reliability of electronics products and save the products life evaluation costs, life evaluation based on simulation was proposed. TRC communication board was taken as the study object and introduced from basic function principle, performance parameters and single board stress, and the process of life simulation test was put forward through SolidWorks, Flotherm, Calce PWA software modeling and stress analysis, and then the reliability was evaluated. At the same time, the lifetime of the communication board was evaluated and the evaluation of the life simulation was verified. Read life test evaluation value and simulation value was close which provided a new thinking for the life prediction.
