摘要 防滑控制技术是高速列车制动系统的核心技术,有效及可靠的防滑控制策略既可以避免轮对擦伤、保证车辆设备安全,又可以充分利用轮轨粘着力并保证制动距离。从制动力与轮轨粘着力关系的角度,介绍了高速列车滑行的产生机理,结合UIC 541-05标准,提出中国最新型高速动车组的滑行检测方法、防滑控制方法、安全导向控制、车轮不旋转冗余检测、增粘控制方法等控制策略,并通过线路试验验证了防滑系统的有效性和可靠性。 Wheel-slide-protection control is one of the core technologies for the high-speed EMUs brake system. The effective and reliable wheel-slide-protection strategy can not only avoid the wheel tread flat, and protect the safety of the vehicle equipments, but also can take advantage of adhension force between wheel and rail to guarantee braking distance. The basic mechanism of EMUs was introduced from the relationship between the brake force and adhension force, and combining the standard of UIC 541-05, the wheel- slide-protection strategy of the latest EMUs in China was presented, including the wheel-slide detection method, anti-skid method, fault detection and safety-oriented, detection of non-rotating axles, and the method of adhesion increase. Finally, the validity and reliability of WSP brake control system was verified by means of the real tests.
