摘要
传统内燃机测试平台会产生大量能量损耗,并且自动化、智能化程度较低,测试精度较差。为此开发研制了结合储能技术的能量回收型测试平台。详述了能量回收测试平台的系统设计,对储能容量设置和拓扑结构设计进行分析,详细说明了智能化的控制系统设计和多种功能模式实现。试验数据证明,该测试平台可以高效可靠地实现能量回收及并网。最后对储能技术与传统行业技术升级改造结合的前景和优势进行总结。
Traditional diesel engine test platform produced a large energy loss with low testing accuracy and poor automation and intelligent of control system. In order to overcome the above shortages, the energy recovery test platform based on energy storage technology was developed. The system design of energy recovery test platform was described, and energy storage capacity setting and design system topology were analyzed, detail in multi-function mode and the design of intelligence control system. According to experiment data, the reliability and efficiency of energy recovery system was proved. At last, the prospects and advantages of combining energy storage technology with traditional industrial technology upgrading were summarized.
