摘要 以四川德阳某地区胶磷矿为研究对象,采用自主研发的常温正浮选药剂PA-3为捕收剂,Na_2CO_3调整pH值,Na_2SiO_3抑制石英、硅酸盐,1粗(分批加药)1精1扫流程,常温(23~25℃)下获得了精矿P_2O_5品位30.28%、回收率89.27%的优良指标,低温(8~10℃)下亦取得了较好的选别指标。 with the collophanite ore from Deyang, Sichuan as a study object, the concentrate with P2 O5 content of 30. 28% and with recovery of 89. 27% was obtained in a direct flotation process of one roughing (reagent addition in batches) ,one clean- ing and one scavenging at ambient temperature(23-25 ℃) with the self-developed flotation reagent PA-3 to be used at ambient temperature as collector, Na2 CO3 as pH value regulator and Na2SiO3 as suppressant of quartz and silicate. Desirable separa- tion indices also can be obtained when it is used at low tempera- ture (8-10℃).
