摘要
湖南浏阳某磷矿原矿P2O5品位20.56%,MgO质量分数为5.20%。对该矿石进行了浮选试验研究,探索了磨矿细度、粗选捕收剂(MT-1)用量、抑制剂(硫酸)用量、精选捕收剂(MT-1)用量及浮选流程对浮选指标的影响,结果表明:采用1粗1精1扫、中矿返回粗选的反浮选流程,在磨矿细度为-0.074mm质量分数占75%和最佳药剂制度下,可获得精矿P_2O_5品位28.15%、P2O5回收率89.34%、MgO质量分数0.89%的良好指标。
A run-of-mine phosphate ore in Liuyang, Hunan is 20.56% in P2O5 grade and 5.20% in MgO content. Its flotation test was conducted to explore the influences of grinding fineness, dosage of roughing collector(MT-1), dosage of cleaning depress- ant(sulfuric acid), dosage of concentration collector(MT-1) and flotation process on flotation indexes. The experimental results showed that with the grinding fineness being -0. 074 ram(75% ) and the best reagent regime, the phosphate concentrate with P2O5 grade 28. 15%, P2O5 recovery rate 89. 34% and MgO grade 0.89% could be obtained in a reverse flotation process of one roughing, one cleaning, one scavenging and middlings retur- ning to roughing.
