摘要
采用选择性磨矿—浮选—磁选的原则工艺流程处理某红柱石矿。原矿经选择性磨矿分级脱泥后,在酸性介质中以石油磺酸钠和HN-2为组合捕收剂,在浮选矿浆温度为3℃的条件下,进行红柱石的浮选富集,浮选精矿经强磁选后得到红柱石精矿产品,实现了细粒嵌布红柱石资源的有效回收。浮选药剂耐低温性好,绿色环保,泡沫适中易控,具有很好的工业推广价值。
An andalusite ore is treated by the fundamental of selective grlnding-Flotation-magnetic separation. The raw ore was subject to selective grinding, classification and desliming before the flotation of andalusite was made in acidic medium. Magnetic separation was conducted for the flotation concentration to obtain the andalusite concentrate products by strong magnetism separa- tion with petroleum sulfonate and HN-2 as combined collectors at the flotation pulp temperature of 3 ℃. Eventually, the effective recovery of fine disseminated and andalusite resources was a- chieved. The flotation reagent has a good low temperature resist- ance, green environmental protection, moderate foam and easy control with a good industrial popularization value.
