摘要
为了揭示矿山全尾砂充填料浆的管输特性,以鞍钢张家湾铁矿的充填系统为例,对全尾砂充填料浆在实际质量分数和流量下的输送特性进行FLUENT模拟和分析,研究结果显示:灰砂比为1∶8、质量分数为70%~72%的料浆在几何倍线3~4的实际充填作业中可以实现自流输送;当充填流量一定时,质量分数72%的料浆相对于70%的料浆流动状态更加稳定,呈现更好的结构流状态,故而在满足充填系统能够自流输送的前提下,料浆质量分数的增大可以提高充填系统的输送稳定性;相同质量分数下,沿程压力损失与入口流量呈正相关。
FLUENT simulation and analysis of the conveying characteristics of the full tailings filling slurry under the actual filling concentration and flow rate are made based on the filling system of Zhangjiawan Iron Mine of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation. The research results showed that the slurry with ce-ment-sand ratio of 1 : 8 and concentration of 70%- 72% can a- chieve the gravity flow in the actual filling operation of geometric fold 3 to 4. When the filling flow is constant, the slurry with con- eentration of 72% relative to 70% has a more stable flow condi- tion and shows a better structural flow state. Therefore,increase of the concentration can improve the conveying stability of the filling system under the conditions of the filling system capable of gravity conveyance. The linear pressure loss at the same concen- tration is positively correlated with the inlet flow.
