电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症系统评价

System evaluation of electroacupuncture for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion

目的:系统评价电针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:采用Cochrane系统评价方法,检索中国知网、中国学术期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普、万方等数据库关于电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的随机对照研究,进行质量评价后,用RevMan5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入9个研究,共计1 112例患者。Meta分析显示电针法与常规针刺法相比,在临床痊愈率、有效率方面,均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:电针疗法与普通针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效差异有统计学意义。但由于纳入研究的数量有限,且纳入的研究质量不高,上述结论尚不确定,还需要多中心、大样本的研究验证。

Objective： To evaluate systematically the the clinical effect of electroacupuncture on lumbar inter- vertebral disc protrusion. Methods：Using Cochrane systematic evaluation method, to retrieve China Knowledge Resource Integrated Database , China Academic Journal Full - Text Data - Base, China Biology Medicine disc, VIP, WANFANG DATA,etc. databases of randomized controlled study on electroacupuncture for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion . After the quality evaluation, Meta analysis was performed with RevMan 5.0 software. Results ： The included studies were 9 in total, with a total of 1 112 cases of patients. Meta analysis showed, compared the electroacupuncture with conventional acupuncture, there was statistical difference in clinical cure rate and effective rate. Conclusion：In the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, the clinical efficacy difference between electroacupuncture and ordinary acupuncture is statistically significant. But because the number of included studies is limited and the quality of included studies is not high, the above conclusion is uncertain, and we need also the study and validation with multi -centers and large samples.
