摘要
通过顶板结构分析和断裂角理论计算支架载荷,从而确定了架型。现场从支架的实测工作阻力、工作阻力频率分布、左右立柱的受力情况研究支架的适用性。结果表明:从支架的实测工作阻力分析,97%的支架在正常开采过程和来压期间工作阻力都在支架极限载荷以内;从工作阻力频率分布分析,工作面支架压力整体分布呈现正态分布,大部分支架发挥自身承载性能;从支架左右立柱受力分析,各支架左右柱受力比较均匀,平均比值为100.92%,说明支架受力均衡,总体上选型合理,适用性较好。
By roof structure analysis and fracture angle theory, caving support load is calculat- ed to determine the type of support. The applicability of the support is evaluated in terms of working resistance, resistance frequency distribution, and the force analysis of the left and right pillars on site. The results show that: the working resistance of 97% supports is within the limit load during normal mining and roof weighting; in terms of working resistance frequency, overall support pressure presents a normal distribution and most supports show the self-bearing func- tion; the forces exerted on the left and right pillars of the support are balanced. Average ratio is 100.92%, which means balanced applied force, reasonable selection, and ideal applicability.
