掘锚一体机就是将掘进和支护结合起来,在一个机器上同时完成割煤和顶帮锚网支护,具有掘锚平行作业、单个循环进尺占用时间少等特点。从掘锚一体机切割方式,工艺流程分析,得出了该机在实践应用中的优缺点,为以后改进技术提供借鉴。

Tunneling-anchoring machine integrates tunneling with supporting. Cutting and anchoring-net supporting for top and side coal are realized by one machine at the same time, which has features such as parallel operation of tunneling-anchoring and less operation time of a single cycle. The analysis of cutting and processing of the integrated machine achieves its advan- tages and disadvantages in practice which could provide references for the future technology reno- vation.
