Energy Revolution Inevitable,Pumped Storage Thriving

摘要 目前对于气候变化难题,全球公认的解决办法就是能源转型(革命)。根据当前的科技发展水平,可行的能源转型方式就是从以化石能源,转向可再生能源。然而,在可再生能源中,大量的风能、光伏发电等都是随机的、间歇性的,必须有足够的储能设施配合,才能满足电力负荷的需求。在当前的科技水平下,能够大规模的商业化运行的储能方式就是抽水蓄能。因此,抽水蓄能的发展水平,直接决定了我们能源革命的进程。为此,我国的电力发展规划已经为抽水蓄能的发展制定出了明确的发展目标。但是,令人遗憾的是,由于我国的煤电产能严重过剩,本应随着能源转型逐步退出历史舞台的煤电,不仅不能逐步退出,而且还在快速地增长。为了让这些严重过剩的煤电能够生存下去,现实中我们又不得不大量地使用煤电为非水可再生能源调峰,严重地挤占了抽水蓄能的市场空间,阻碍着抽水蓄能的发展。针对当前这种情况,特别需要我们从能源革命的高度认识、重视和加强抽水蓄能的发展和建设。 For the solution to the climate change globally recognised is energy transformation(revolution).Based on the current development level of science,feasible ways of energy transformation is from the fossil energy,to renewable energy sources. In renewable energy,however,a large amount of wind power,photovoltaic power generation is random,intermittent sources of energy,must have enough energy storage facilities,to meet the needs of power load. Under the current level of science and technology,to large-scale commercial operation way of energy storage is pumped storage. Therefore,pumped storage development level,directly determines the process of the energy revolution. Therefore,our country's electric power development plan has been worked out for the development of the pumpedstorage clear development goals. But,unfortunately,due to our country's coal power,severe overcapacity should gradually withdraw from the historical stage of coal as energy revolution,not only failed to gradually withdraw from,but also in rapid growth. In order to make the serious oversupply of coal power,to survive,in reality we have to a lot of use of coal power to pitch peak for renewable energy,severe crowding out pumped storage market space,hindering the development of pumped storage. To this situation,we need special support from the height of the energy revolution, attaches great importance to and strengthen the construction of pumped storage and the development of.
