摘要
利用现有水电站址,通过增建可逆机组方式与常规水电结合混合式开发,具有开发实施容易、建设周期短、水库淹没环境影响小、投资省等投资建设优点。扩建成混合式抽水蓄能电站,使常规水电站具备抽水蓄能的功能,在电力系统中承担储能、调峰填谷、事故备用、调频、调相、黑启动等作用;增建的可逆机组还可改善常规水电机组的运行方式,提高电站运行水头,在汛期减少弃水调峰现象,避免水资源浪费[1],增加电站发电效益;另外通过利用抽水蓄能电站上库的调节性能,对水量进行重新分配,可使入库径流具备人工调节能力。结合常规水电进行混合式抽水蓄能开发,具有较好的开发利用前景及调峰发电等众多效益。
The mixed pumped storage development mode with useing existing hydropower station has many advantages,such as develop and implement easily,short construction period,the reservoir flood small impact on the environment,saving investment and other investment construction advantages. Expansion into hybrid pumped storage power station,make the function of conventional have pumped storage hydropower station,in power system,energy storage,peak shaving filling valley,emergency,frequency modulation,phase modulation,black start,and so on. Build of reversible units can also improve the conventional operation mode of hydropower unit,improve the plant operation,avoid the waste of water resources,increase the profit of the power plant power generation; In addition,by using the regulation performance of the reservoir in the pumped storage power station,the water quantity can be redistributed,which can make the warehousing runoff have the ability of manual adjustment. Combined with conventional hydropower,mixed pumped storage can be developed,with good development and utilization prospect and peak power generation.
