某抽水蓄能电站磁极阻尼环脱槽变形故障分析及处理

摘要 某抽水蓄能电站3号机组在进行过速试验(120%额定转速)后出现1号磁极下端部的阻尼环单侧脱槽下坠、连接片变形现象。对此,本文重点介绍了阻尼环脱槽原因分析、提出了可靠的解决方案及合理化建议,对类似新建电站有着重要的参考价值。 #3 unit of the Pumped Storage Power Station in a overspeed test(120% of rated speed) appears the lower end of #1 magnetic pole damping ring unilateral removing groove and falling,and the connecting sheet deformation phenomenon. so,this paper focuses on the analysis of the cause of the damping ring removing groove,and puts forward the reliable solution and reasonable suggestions. It has important reference value for the similar new building power plant.
