校园暴力伤害案件现状与防治研究——以广西为分析样本

On Current Situation of Injury Cases of Campus Violence and the Corresponding Prevention and Control Measures——Taking Guangxi as an Analysis Sample

由于家庭教育不当、学校相关制度不完善、社会上不良风气影响等原因,当前校园暴力猖獗,案件呈现类型化,团伙作案特征显著。为此,应建立完备的立法体系,提高司法队伍素质,统筹家庭、学校、妇联团委、社区等各类社会力量,以预防校园暴力,给未成年人提供更好的学习成长环境。

Due to improper family education, imperfect school system, the negative social atmosphere, campus violence is rampant, which is characterized by the typed cases, and committing crimes in group. Therefore,establish perfect legislation system is supposed to be established, the quality of the judicial personnel is supposed to be improved, various social forces are supposed to be coordinated such as families, schools;youth leagues, women＇s federations, communities Soas toprevent campus violence and provide a better learningenvironment for juveniles.
