摘要
多元文化在给辅导员工作带来便利的同时,也提出了不同层面上的挑战,表现为辅导员工作面临强势文化渗透、主流文化传播难度加大、辅导员教育内容可接受性削弱等新问题,由此造成辅导员自身的种种不适应:角色能力的有限性、角色规范的矛盾性、角色定位的模糊性以及职业发展的危机性。为此,应采取预测弱化多元文化的不良影响、强化辅导员自身专业知识建设、加强辅导员之间的交流合作等对策,增强辅导员应对挑战的能力。
Multi-culture presents convenience for instructors. At the same time, it brings about different challenges which are manifested as the penetration ofstrong culture, increased difficulties of transmitting mainstream culture and the weakening of instructors' education content. This may exert the adverse effects on instructors such as the limited role, the contradiction ofspecificated role, ambiguous role and the crisis ofcareer development. Therefore,we need to take such countermeasures as predicting and weakening the negative impact of multiculture,strengthening the instructors' profession, enhancing exchanges and cooperation between the instructors and improve their abilitytodeal with challenges.
