摘要
为了解决工程建设中的成本收益管控问题,采用基于复合非齐次泊松过程方法,分析了由订单产生的立项和站址迁移带来销项导致的资本开支,研究了折旧收益期望算法,提出了逐阶段效益管控模型,并经过实验验证了模型的有效性,从而得到逐阶段和综合分析效益管控模型。
In order to deal with the cost and profit management control in the engineering construction, the compound inhomogeneous Poisson process was used to analyze the capital expenditure resulted from the project approval of order singing and the project cancellation of site migration, the depreciation profit expected algorithm was investigated and the staged profit management control model was proposed. Experiments validate the feasibility of the proposed model and the profit management and control model of staged and comprehensive analysis were derived.
